Here’s our roundup from the last month at limber HQ

Celebrating new white label partners - M&B and Boparan!

Now M&B (owner of 1600 UK wide sites) and Boparan (Slim’s, GBK, Carluccio’s to name a few) can build their own pools of flexible talent from their own flexible working apps. So, if you’re a multi site operator and what to check out how you could get your own branded version of limber, hit us up!

New applicants page

Our applicants’ page needed a little TLC. So we (no) scrubbed it and started over. Here’s what’s new:

  1. Succinct profile summaries
  2. Better ratings summaries
  3. Cleaner UI
  4. Still to come – better sorting and more worker feedback types

Let us know what you think!

Saying goodbye to Emily

This month, we said goodbye to one of limber’s longest-serving team members, Emily. We did so in fine fashion, hitting up one of Bristol’s weirdest Karaoke spots.

Emily has been a mainstay and such a positive energy at limber HQ and she’ll be sorely missed. You’ll be hearing more in the future from Yasmin, Emilia, and Chris and we’ll be rotating while we search for a replacement. Big ol’ shoes to fill!

Wagestream

We’ve been dabbling with a new wagestream integration – enabling workers to take their pay out before pay day (as early as the day of the shift). Initially, we’ll test this with a handful of workers, but if it all goes well, we’ll roll it out further.

To start with, we’ll cover workers’ streams, so it won’t impact any of you. However, it might become something you can opt in and out of – as a way of differentiating their shifts from others on limber. We’ll see how it goes.

New cheffing categories

We made a small change – just to introduce a few more granular categories of chef work. This will enable you to be more specific about who you’re looking for and tell the senior chefs from the more junior. Clearly not all sous chefs are created equal so make sure you check out chefs’ prior experience and ratings to see if they’ve been in the right kind of environment before.

Shout if you have any requests for future work types.

Next up

Next up are some massive improvements to conversations (we know they need some work) and we’ll be adding more granular (optional) feedback on timesheets – eg, working attitude, skill, etc. We’re also building notifications settings for you so you can control what you receive.

Feedback

What do you think of the new applicants’ screens? What else would you like to see on limber? Please let us know.
