đź—’ About the role

limber’s platform has grown x5 since pandemic restrictions started easing so we’re scaling fast.

However, we’re looking for our second dedicated marketing hire to run our “shouting about limber” function. You’ll have one full time direct report (Emily, who is a fantastic writer and knows limber inside out) and then you’ll work alongside our designer (currently being hired), our sales lead, Catherine and our founder, Chris. Alongside these awesome people, you’ll be responsible for implementing our strategy, which includes:

  • Supporting our new city roll outs
  • Shouting as loud as possible about new product features, our brand, our values and how we help our community (B2B and B2C). We’ll do that on our socials, by product marketing (we use Intercom) and PR
  • Email campaigns for lead generation (B2B)
  • Performance marketing (with third party agency help (and we don’t do loads of this))
  • Building content to engage B2B leads
  • Identifying opportunities to shout more, engage more or reach more people and customers via new channels
  • Anything else we decide to do in and around this space

We appreciate this is a broad sounding role, but that’s the way it goes at a startup! So if you love the sound of some of it, but are worried you can’t do it all, then you should know that we don’t expect or even want perfection in all of these areas. You just need to be up for trying – and excited to be here!

What are we looking for?

Lots of this is about attitude. You need to be energetic and positive – first and foremost. But we also need you to own your area – Chris will teach you everything he knows about the business, but you’ll need to take it from there. For that reason, you need to be able to show us you have 70% of what we’re asking for already covered and are willing and able to learn the rest.

How do you apply?

We’d love to see your portfolio and for you to tell us a little about what attracts you to the role or company. A CV is fine, but much better to send us some examples of your work as well.
