limber’s platform has grown x5 since pandemic restrictions started easing so we’re scaling fast. However, we haven’t had a designer in house since 2019 and our founder Chris, bless him, tries his best, but an experienced designer he is not. So, you’ll be responsible for helping us develop beautiful product features, landing pages, campaigns and content. We think the split could be roughly:
You’ll probably work with everyone. Mainly Chris and dev team on product, but also Emily on comms and Catherine helping out with sales materials and campaigns.
We appreciate this is a broad sounding role, so if you love the sound of some of it, but aren’t into other bits, please apply anyway and let us know. We’ve set out the broadest possible spec, but are open to discussion. The non-negotiable bit will be product work, but Chris can always help out where needed on the rest.

We’re looking for someone who is already an expert in design tools (figma or sketch preferred as we already have large libraries of components ready in sketch). We’d love you to be able to pull together web pages that you design within WordPress, but if you need some tech support with that, then that’s cool.
In terms of approach, we get most of our product features from business requirements or customer request. But, we want you to own the look and feel of all things limber. You’ll be able to see from our website that it’s a work in progress, but everyone loves a challenge right?! If you’re less experienced in UX, but great at design, then we can help you with how features need to work. But, we definitely need you to lead on UI and look and feel, so you need to be much better than our founder on that front (it isn’t hard!)
